pragmivo

Your systems are digital. Your workflows should be too.

Pragmivo connects the software you already pay for, so orders, jobs, invoices and reports move on their own, and your team stops being the integration.

Follow one order through a connected business

Example with fictional data

The order is in an email, the stock in a spreadsheet, and the customer in someone's head.

  1. An order arrives by email. Customer, items and date are read automatically.
  2. The customer is recognised and the CRM is updated.
  3. A sales order is created in the ERP and the stock is reserved.
  4. The delivery is planned. The driver confirms it on the phone.
  5. The invoice is issued from what was actually delivered.
  6. Reporting updates itself. Nobody typed anything twice.

Where the hours go

Most operational waste is not dramatic. It is small manual steps, repeated every day, between systems that were never introduced to each other.

  • Orders arrive by email and get typed into the ERP again.
  • Invoices wait until someone collects the timesheets.
  • The real customer list lives in one person's spreadsheet.
  • Every report starts with an export and an afternoon.
  • Customers phone to ask what a portal could show them.

None of this needs a new platform. It usually needs the systems you already have to share what they know.

One workflow, before and after

Pick a process, then switch between how it usually runs today and how it runs once the systems are connected.

7 steps, 6 done by hand

  1. Order arrives as an email attachmentAutomatic
  2. Someone types it into the ERPBy hand
  3. Stock is checked in a separate spreadsheetBy hand
  4. Confirmation is written and sentBy hand
  5. Accounting is told the order has shippedBy hand
  6. Invoice is created from the delivery noteBy hand
  7. Payment is checked on the bank portalBy hand

Illustrative workflow. Every business is different, so we map yours before proposing anything.

What we build

Practical systems on top of the tools you already run. Documented, without lock-in, and owned by you.

System integrations
Your ERP, CRM, accounting, e-commerce and field tools exchanging data through APIs instead of exports.
Typical work: REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, scheduled syncs, EDI and file bridges
Workflow automation
Recurring sequences of work that run by themselves, with people stepping in only where judgement matters.
Typical work: Approvals, notifications, document generation, follow-ups
ERP and CRM
Implementation and integration, with deep experience in Odoo and the systems that live around it.
Typical work: Odoo configuration, custom modules, data migration
Internal tools
Focused applications for the jobs your standard software handles badly.
Typical work: Planning boards, intake forms, back-office dashboards
Customer portals
A place where customers check orders, documents and job status without calling you.
Typical work: Order tracking, document download, service requests
Websites and web apps
Fast, accessible websites and the applications behind them, connected to your systems from day one. You are looking at one.
Typical work: Company sites, landing pages, quote and booking flows
Reporting
Numbers that update themselves, from data you can trust.
Typical work: Operational dashboards, KPI reports, scheduled summaries
AI-assisted processes
AI where it is dependable: reading documents, sorting requests, drafting replies. A person stays in control.
Typical work: Document extraction, request triage, voice and chat assistants

How we work

A short, fixed sequence. You always know what happens next, and what it costs before it starts.

  1. 1

    Map

A working session on how work actually moves through your business: tools, people, handoffs and delays.

  2. 2

    Propose

A written proposal: what changes, in what order, what it costs and how we will know it worked.

  3. 3

    Build

Small releases on your existing systems, tested with the people who use them every day.

  4. 4

    Run

Monitoring, support and improvements, so the automation keeps working as your business changes.

Questions we hear first

Do we have to replace the software we use?

Usually not. We start from the tools you already have and connect them. We only suggest a change when a tool is the real bottleneck, and we explain why.

How long does a first project take?

A first project is scoped to be small and useful: one workflow, delivered in weeks rather than months. The proposal after the mapping session gives you the plan and the dates.

What does it cost?

Each phase has a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. The mapping session is where we check together that the saving is worth the investment.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Code, configuration and documentation are handed over, and nothing depends on a licence from us.

How do you handle our data and GDPR?

We work inside your systems, process only the data a workflow needs and prefer hosting in the European Union. A data processing agreement is part of every engagement.

What happens when something breaks?

Automations are monitored, so a failure is noticed and handled, often before your team sees it. Support and response times are agreed up front.

Where do you work?

Across Europe, remotely or on site, in English, French and Italian.
